Erratic doors usually trace to the controller
Unresponsive operation, intermittent behaviour, settings that will not hold, or a flashing fault code all point at the control board, its wiring, or the power feeding it. Power surges, age, moisture and loose connections are common culprits.
We read the fault codes, test the board and its inputs, and isolate whether the problem is the controller itself, the wiring harness, or a device reporting back to it.
Repair or replace, with the door left safe
Where a board can be repaired or a connection restored, we do it on site. Where a controller has failed, we replace it with the correct board for the operator and reprogram the door to specification — then verify safe operation before handing back.
