What a maintenance visit covers
Each visit is a full inspect-clean-adjust-test cycle: we check and adjust the mechanics, clean and re-calibrate sensors and safety devices, verify opening and closing speeds and forces, and confirm the door still meets AAADM-style safety criteria. You receive a record of what was checked and any items to watch.
